HOW TO MAKE
BANANA SMOOTHIES

EQUIPMENTS:
1. Knife
2. Bowl
3. Blender
4. Spoon
MATERIALS:
1. 2 ripe Bananas
2. 375 ml skim milk
3. 70 g low-fat natural yogurt
4. 1 tablespoon honey
5. 6 ice cube
6. Strawberries
7. Pandanus leafes
STEPS:
1. Prepare the equipments and materials that we need to make Banana Smoothies.
2. Peel the banana and chop into small pieces.
3. Prepare your blender. Make it certain connect to the electricity and then, put your chopped bananas in it.
4. Add milk, yogurt, and honey in the jug of blender.
5. Blend it until well combined.
6. Pour into the bowl.
7. Garnish banana smoothies with strawberry/blueberry/cherry/pandanus leafes or something that you have on the banana smoothies.
8. The Banana Smoothies is ready to be served.
TIPS:
1. We suggest that you should use the fresh banana because the taste of Smoothies can be more delicious.
2. Don't add sugar too much because as we know this banana has been sweet, so you don't need to put sugar or other sweeter anymore and also to make the taste of banana stronger.
